efficient check-in parking permit comfortable bed
I found a parking permit easily accessible. The check-in was efficient, so no fuss. The option of getting a parking pass early was a great bonus, because I usually waste the day. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable for great sleep.

The location is ideal. It has minutes walk from the center. I exited the door, turned right, and the Abbey stands there on top of cliffs. It is close to the whale bones if anyone is interested.

The staff are very helpful. A lovely young man served breakfast. He was very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. It. I felt very well taken care of.

some issues
lukewarm water shower head
I was really hoping for a better experience, but a few things let me down. the shower head definitely needed some attention. I think a cleaning or replacement would make a big difference. also, the water was only lukewarm, not hot, a bit disappointing after a long day.

fantastic stay
great location free parking included breakfast
The location is super close to both town and beach. It was very convenient i received a parking permit and parking was free i enjoyed the full english breakfast each morning. There were other choices available too the room had tea and coffee making facilities and free wifi.

I liked the location. It was close to the town center. the included breakfast was also very good. the breakfast room was especially nice. it made the start to each day quite pleasant.

convenient location clean room delicious breakfast
the location was really convenient for exploring. my room felt clean and well maintained. i appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities provided. breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
i found the on-street parking a little challenging at times especially when returning later in the evening.

mixed feelings about the stay.
steep staircase inconvenient sink
The self check-in process felt impersonal. I expected a warmer reception, but instead, I found a code on the door for entry. There was no plug for the bathroom sink, quite inconvenient, AND the breakfast room was located in a basement. Access was via a steep staircase.
